Mexican pasta bake^

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 pack Taco seasoning
1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
¼ cup Chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon Galric powder
1 teaspoon Oregano
8 ounces Corkscrew pasta, cooked
1 cup Shredded cheddar
½ cup Sour cream

Brown meat; drain. Stir in seasoning, tmato sauce, green pepper and spices. Bring to a boil; turn off heat.

Combine pasta, ½ cup shredded cheese and sour cream. Put into a greased casserole. Top with meat and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350F., uncovered, 30 minutes.
