Meringue for pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Egg whites
¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar
4 tablespoons Granulated sugar
½ teaspoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Beat together the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks are formed. Add the sugar to which the cornstarch has been added, then add the vanilla. Beat the mixture until it is stiff.
