Meatballs and spaghetti sauce

¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 pounds Lean Ground Beef, or
\N \N Ground Chicken, or
\N \N Ground Turkey Spagetti Sauce -
1 pounds Lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 \N Onions chopped
4 \N Crushed garlic cloves or
2 \N Minced garlic
14 ounces Can Tomato sauce
½ cup Red wine (optional)
1 \N Sweet green pepper
1 teaspoon Dried leaf basil
½ teaspoon Leaf oregano

Form meat into 1 inch meatballs. Add to cooking spaghetti sauce. Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Saute for 2 min. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often.

Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 15 min.
