Marrow balls <passover>

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Marrow bone
1 \N Egg
2 teaspoons Grated onion
1 tablespoon Minced parsley
1 teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Matzo meal

Have the butcher crack the bone. Carefully remove the marrow (there should be 2 to 3 tablespoons). Cream the marrow, then add the egg.
