Ingredients

| 2 | ounces | Or more top-quality gin or vodka |
| Dry vermouth to taste | ||
| 4 | Ice cubes | |
| 1 | Pickled Jalapeno pepper | |
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin or vodak, vermouth & ice cubes. (Just a drop or two of vermouth!). Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass, or serve on the rocks in an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with jalapeno. Makes 1 serving.
