Measure | Ingredient |

2 ounces | Or more top-quality gin or vodka |
\N \N | Dry vermouth to taste |
4 \N | Ice cubes |
1 \N | Pickled Jalapeno pepper |
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin or vodak, vermouth & ice cubes. (Just a drop or two of vermouth!). Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass, or serve on the rocks in an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with jalapeno. Makes 1 serving.
