Marg's salmon quiche

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
7¾ ounce Can salmon
2 \N Eggs
½ cup Milk
½ cup Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Chopped onion
½ teaspoon Basil *
1 \N 9\" pie shell

* Tarragon or oregino may be sustituted Bake pie shell for 10 minutes at 375oF (It will not be brown).

Sprinkle onion, cheese and flaked salmon on bottom of the pie shell.

Mix milk, eggs and seasoning; pour over the ingredients in the pie shell. Bake at 375oF for 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Submitted By FRED NUNNAMAKER On 03-22-95
