| 1 | pounds | Almonds, blanched finely ground |
| 1 | pounds | Sugar, powdered |
| 2 | tablespoons | Orange water or rose water (get at drug store) |

Directions
1. Combine ground almonds, sugar and flavouring in a saucepan. Cook until mixture leaves side of pan. 2. Roll almond mixture on a flat surface to a ½" thickness. Cut into shapes, mold, paint with food colouring, decorate, etc. 3. Place on wax paper to dry for 2 hours.
