Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Navy Beans -- (dry) |
| 2 | cups | Chili Sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry Mustard |
| 5 | Strips Bacon -- chopped | |
| 1 | cup | Maple Syrup |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | medium | Onion -- chopped |
| 8 | Servings. | |
Directions
Soak beans overnight and drain. Add remaining ingredients and enough water to cover beans. Bake at 325 F for 2 hours or until beans mash easily. Remove 1 cup cooked beans and mash them. Add to remaining to beans to thicken.
