Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain and reserve. In large skillet over med. high heat, heat oil. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
