Manhattan turkey a la king

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Noodles -- wide
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 pounds Turkey or chicken, boneless
\N \N Cut into strips
\N \N Salt and pepper
14½ ounce Pasta style chunky tomatoes
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 \N Onion -- chopped
2 \N Celery stalks -- sliced
1 cup Mushrooms -- sliced

Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain and reserve. In large skillet over med. high heat, heat oil. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
