Mango tea granita

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Regular size oolong tea bags
½ cup Mango juice
2 teaspoons Chopped mint
3 cups Boiling water

Pour boiling water over tea bags and let stand 5 minutes. Discard tea bags.

Add mango juice and mint. Boil 5 minutes. Cool, Strain and chill. Pour mixture into 8" square pan and freeze to almost firm. Stir twice during freezing process. Remove from freezer.
