|3||Regular size oolong tea bags|
|½ cup||Mango juice|
|2 teaspoons||Chopped mint|
|3 cups||Boiling water|
Pour boiling water over tea bags and let stand 5 minutes. Discard tea bags.
Add mango juice and mint. Boil 5 minutes. Cool, Strain and chill. Pour mixture into 8" square pan and freeze to almost firm. Stir twice during freezing process. Remove from freezer.
