Homemade mango ice cream

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Peeled mango slices -- |
| Chopped fine | ||
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 4 | 14 ounce | |
| Chilled | ||
| 2 | quarts | Half and half |
| 6 | Eggs -- beaten | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1 | teaspoon | Almond extract |
| can | Sweetened condensed milk -- | |
Directions
Combine tha mango slices and sugar in a large saucepan. Heat until the sugar dissoves. Place in the refrigerator to chill thoroughly. In a churn, combine the sweetened conedsed milk, half and half, eggs and extracts. Add the chilled mango mixture. Follow manufacurer's directions for making ice cream. NOTES
: The colder your ice cream mixture is the quicker it will process. I have not used the "lite" condensed milk in this recipe yet but plan to soon.
