|2 larges||Mangoes; diced|
|1 can||Sweetened condensed milk|
|1 can||( same as the condensed milk) of water|
Here are ome recipes from a Brazilian cooking show that i've just translated for you. I haven't tried them all yet, but they looked real yummy:
Place the mangoes and the 1 can measure of water in a blender and run the machine to make a thick juice.Stir in the condensed milk. Dissolve the gelatin in the 5 tbs water. Mix the dissolved gelatin with the mango cream.
Pour into a mold, chill 5 hours. Unmold and serve with a blueberry sauce.
