Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Butter |
1 cup | Sugar |

4 cups | Flour |
1 cup | Potato Flour |
½ teaspoon | Baker's Ammonia |
½ cup | Almonds, Ground |
Mix well and force through cookie press (using small star shape) into long strips. Cut into 3 inch lengths, make circles, and bake.
