|250 grams||Punnet raspberries; cut into halves|
|50 grams||Cracked oats; lightly toasted and|

Lightly whip the cream, whisky and clear honey together until soft peaks form.
Fold in the raspberries and cracked oats (reserving some of each for garnishing). Transfer to individual serving dishes, garnish and chill thoroughly before serving.
