Mama's pineapple date nut bread

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Milk |
| ⅓ | cup | Butter; melted |
| 1 | cup | Crushed pineapple in juice |
| 1 | cup | Pecans; chopped |
| 1 | cup | Dates; chopped |
| 2¾ | cup | All-purpose flour |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2¼ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Beat egg; add milk, butter, pineapple, nuts and dates. Blend dry ingredients and add to fruit and nut mixture. Bake in 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan, which has been greased and floured. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
