Madras dip

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Hard-boiled eggs
2 cups Sour cream
2 cups Curry powder
1 teaspoon Onion (grated)
2 tablespoons Green pepper (grated)
2 tablespoons Celery (grated)
1 x Seasonings

Add diced eggs to all other ingredients which have been smoothly blended in blender. Consistency is thin. Chill; sprinkle with paprika and serve with corn chips.
