8½ teaspoon Ground coriander seeds
⅛ teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Ground black mustard seeds
1 teaspoon Ground fenugreed seeds
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1⅔ teaspoon Ground tumeric
4 eaches Who curry leaves

Mix together all ground dry spices; then proceed according to recipe instructions; adding the curry leaves directly to the cooking pot.
