Macaroni verde

Ingredients

1tablespoonOlive oil
1packFrozen chopped spinach, cooked and slightly drained
¼teaspoonGarlic powder
1dashPepper
½teaspoonSalt
cupLow fat cottage cheese
¼cupParmesan cheese
½teaspoonDried basil
4cupsCooked macaroni

Directions

In a blender, combine all except the pasta. Blend until smooth. Pour over hot pasta and reheat till hot. (If this seems a bit dry, you can add a little milk.) Serve sprinkled with some additional parmesan.
