Macaroni verde

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| 1 | pack | Frozen chopped spinach, cooked and slightly drained |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅔ | cup | Low fat cottage cheese |
| ¼ | cup | Parmesan cheese |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
| 4 | cups | Cooked macaroni |
Directions
In a blender, combine all except the pasta. Blend until smooth. Pour over hot pasta and reheat till hot. (If this seems a bit dry, you can add a little milk.) Serve sprinkled with some additional parmesan.
