Macaroni verde

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 pack Frozen chopped spinach, cooked and slightly drained
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 dash Pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
⅔ cup Low fat cottage cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Dried basil
4 cups Cooked macaroni

In a blender, combine all except the pasta. Blend until smooth. Pour over hot pasta and reheat till hot. (If this seems a bit dry, you can add a little milk.) Serve sprinkled with some additional parmesan.
