Lucy's applesauce cake

| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ | cup | Shortening |
| 1½ | cup | Apples -- chopped |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ½ | cup | Walnuts |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soda water |
| 1 | cup | Flour |
| 1 | Egg | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and spread into an 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
