80gramsGroundnuts; powdered
15gramsRaisins
1tablespoonHoney; (15 ml)

Directions

SLICE the bananas lengthwise and save the skin for later use. Chop the bananas.

Boil sugar with a little water until caramelised. Add groundnut powder and bananas. Keep stirring constantly on low heat till the mixture is thick.

Add raisins and honey.

To serve: Pour the mixture into four banana skin halves. Refrigerate till serving time. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
