Lollipop cookies

Yield: 24 cookies

Measure Ingredient
1 pack SuperMoist rainbow chip cake mix
¾ cup Water
2 \N Eggs
\N \N Wooden sticks with rounded ends (20-24)
1 \N Tub Betty Crocker Creamy Deluxe Party Frosting

Heat oven to 375F. Beat cake mix (dry), water and eggs in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on high speed 2 minutes. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Insert wooden stick 1½" into edge of dough. Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until puffed and almost no indentation remains when touched. Cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack. Frost and decorate. 20-24 cookies.

HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 to 6500 ft): Stir ⅓ cup all-purpose cake flour into cake mix (dry).
