|1 tablespoon||Chopped red onion|
|½ tablespoon||Cgopped cucumber|
|1 teaspoon||Mint flakes|
|½ teaspoon||Black pepper|
|½ teaspoon||Red pepper|
|1 tablespoon||Red wine|
Assemble the above ingredients on grilled hamburgers and rolls.
I was very impressed with how this sauce turned out. I've never made anything like it before, but I tried it on my hamburger, and it tasted just like the sauce they use at On a Roll in Madison when they make their Souvlaki Beef Gyros. Mmmmm.
