Rita's pita burger

| 1½ | pounds | Ground beef |
| ½ | cup | Plain yogurt |
| ⅓ | cup | Seeded; chopped cucumber |
| 1 | small | Onion diced |
| ¼ | cup | Crumbled blue cheese |
| Freshly ground black pepper | ||
| 4 | Thick slices tomato | |
| 1 | bunch | Sprouts; (alfalfa or bean) |
| 4 | Pitas | |
Directions
In a large bowl, sprinkle garlic salt over ground beef. Mix and shape into patties. Grill for a few minutes on each side until done.
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, blue cheese and pepper.
Slit one side of each pita to open pocket and tuck in one burger, sprouts, a tomato slice and top with cucumber sauce.
