|Garlic salt to taste|
|1½ pounds||Ground beef|
|½ cup||Plain yogurt|
|⅓ cup||Seeded; chopped cucumber|
|1 small||Onion diced|
|¼ cup||Crumbled blue cheese|
|Freshly ground black pepper|
|4||Thick slices tomato|
|1 bunch||Sprouts; (alfalfa or bean)|
In a large bowl, sprinkle garlic salt over ground beef. Mix and shape into patties. Grill for a few minutes on each side until done.
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, blue cheese and pepper.
Slit one side of each pita to open pocket and tuck in one burger, sprouts, a tomato slice and top with cucumber sauce.
