¾cupPlain yogurt
¾cupRaspberry juice
½cupCrushed ice
1Banana; peeled cut into pieces
8Strawberries; hulled
2teaspoonsLecithin
2teaspoonsBee pollen
1teaspoonHoney

Directions

Combine yogurt, raspberry juice, ice, banana, strawberries, lecithin, bee pollen and honey in blender. Blend at high speed until thick.

Serve in chilled glasses.
