Liquid lunch

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Plain yogurt
¾ cup Raspberry juice
½ cup Crushed ice
1 Banana; peeled cut into pieces
8 Strawberries; hulled
2 teaspoons Lecithin
2 teaspoons Bee pollen
1 teaspoon Honey

Combine yogurt, raspberry juice, ice, banana, strawberries, lecithin, bee pollen and honey in blender. Blend at high speed until thick.

Serve in chilled glasses.
