Linguine with red pepper sauce

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Oil
2 xes Carrots, chopped small
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 x Salt & pepper to taste
4 xes Sweet Red Peppers in strips
2 cans Crushed tomatoes 1 lb. 13 oz
1 tablespoon Basil

Sautee peppers & carrots in oil till tender. Add rest of ingredents.

Simmer 1 hr. cook Linguine & toss with sauce.

Optional: Add grated cheese & parsly while tossing.
