Linguine with red pepper sauce

| 1 | x | Salt & pepper to taste |
| 4 | xes | Sweet Red Peppers in strips |
| 2 | cans | Crushed tomatoes 1 lb. 13 oz |
| 1 | tablespoon | Basil |
Directions
Sautee peppers & carrots in oil till tender. Add rest of ingredents.
Simmer 1 hr. cook Linguine & toss with sauce.
Optional: Add grated cheese & parsly while tossing.
