Linguine with red pepper sauce

2xesCarrots, chopped small
1teaspoonGarlic powder
1xSalt & pepper to taste
4xesSweet Red Peppers in strips
2cansCrushed tomatoes 1 lb. 13 oz
1tablespoonBasil

Directions

Sautee peppers & carrots in oil till tender. Add rest of ingredents.

Simmer 1 hr. cook Linguine & toss with sauce.

Optional: Add grated cheese & parsly while tossing.
