Linguine in clam sauce

½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Butter -- melted |
1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
16 | ounces | Sliced mushrooms -- drained |
8 | ounces | Linguine, cooked -- drained |
13 | ounces | Clams, minced -- drained |
Parmesan cheese -- grated | ||
½ | cup | Parsley -- fresh chopped |
Directions
Saute garlic in butter in large skillet over low heat for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in clams, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Pour over linguine and toss well. Heat through and top with Parmesan cheese. Formatted by Mary Dishongh Bowles.
