Measure Ingredient
¼ pounds Firm regular tofu; patted dry,
\N \N ; crumbled
⅓ cup Firm silken tofu; patted dry,
\N \N ; crumbled
1½ tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1½ teaspoon Tamari soy sauce
½ teaspoon Nutritional yeast flakes

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until completely smooth.

Store in the refrigerator.
