From: Cheryl Miller <csmiller@...> Date: Sat, 6 Jul 1996 07:11:10 +0000 Wash lettuce and dry on paper towel. Spread 1 tsp. cream cheese on each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with sunflower or sesame seeds and roll up. Fasten with a toothpick. Serves 1.
TIPS FOR KIDS: If you cut your vegetables in small enough pieces you can actually roll them around on your plate and they can really be a lot of fun!
