Lentil rice loaf

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cooked Brown Rice
1 cup Cooked Lentils
1 Egg Substitute, Liquid
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Water
1 cup Croutons
1 cup Chopped Tomatoes, canned
¼ teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Sage

Saute onion untol limp, but not browned. Add onions and all ingredients.

Pour into greased casserole and bake 3500 for 35 minutes. Serve with heated undiluted cream of mushroom or celery soup.
