Lemon spiced muffins

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
4 teaspoons Baking powder
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Grated lemon rind
½ cup Oil
2 Eggs
¼ cup Milk
1 cup Unsweetened natural yogurt
¼ cup Raw sugar
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

TOPPING

ABOVE MIXED TOGETHER

Preheat oven to 400oF, prepare pans. Sift flour, b/pd. & cinnamon, stir in sugar & lemon rind. Lightly beat the oil, eggs, yogurt & milk together. Add dry mix to wet mix until just combined.
