Lemon-lime angel food cake

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Cake Flour |
| 12 | larges | Egg Whites |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Fresh Lime Juice |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Grated Lime Peel |
| 1⅔ | cup | Superfine Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cream of Tartar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Grated Lemon Peel |
Directions
Position Rack in lowest third of oven at 350 degrees Sift flour with ⅓ cup sugar. Beat egg, lemon & lime juice. Gradually beat in remaining 1 cup sugar. Continue beating until stiff. Mix lemon and lime peel. Sift ¼ cup of flour into whites. Continue until flour is gone. Spoon into 10" tube pan. Bake for 42 minutes. Invert pan and place it on a bottle and allow to cool. Pour Lemon-Lime Glaze over Cake. (see related recipe).
