Lemon lime cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Lemon cake mix - 17 or 18 ounce box
2 Eggs
1 pack (small) lime jello, (or your preference)
½ cup Cold water
¾ cup Boiling water
1 pack Dream whip,
1 cup Cold milk

Make cake as directed adding 2 eggs. When done, poke holes in cake with fork or chopstick, while still hot. Cool cake. Dissolve Jell-O in ¾ cup boiling water. Add ½ cup cold water. Set aside to cool. When cake cooled, pour Jell-O into holes. Refrigerate.

Topping - In a chilled bowl, blend one envelope dream whip, 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding and one cup cold milk. Add milk gradually. Whip till thick.

Spread on top of cake. Serve with ice cream. Better made the day before.
