Lemon sour cream stuffing

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup ONION, CHOPPED
½ cup CELERY, CHOPPED
2 tablespoons BUTTER
2 teaspoons LEMON PEEL, GRATED
½ teaspoon SALT
½ teaspoon PAPRIKA
¼ cup SOUR CREAM
2½ cup SOFT BREAD CRUMBS.

COOK ONION AND CELERY IN BUTTER TILL TENDER, 5 MINUTES. MIX LEMON RIND, SALT, PAPRIKA AND SOUR CREAM, MIX WELL. ADD BREAD CRUMBS AND STIR UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
