|1½ pounds||Cod fillets; or other white fish|
|1 tablespoon||Plus 1 tsp. olive oil|
|¼ teaspoon||Lemon pepper|
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
Preheat oven to 375øF. Arrange fillets in baking dish. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and lemon pepper. Bake 10-12 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.
