Lemon herb barbecued shrimp

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | White vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Gravy Mstr or Ktchn Bouquet |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground coriander |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin seed |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| 1 | x | Cayenne pepper to taste |
| 2 | pounds | Lge shrimp; (20 -25 count) |
| 6 | eaches | Bamboo skewers - soaked in water for 30 min. |
| ¼ | large | Lemon; seeded and finely minced, incldg rind |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a small saucepan; simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently; thread shrimp, interlapping, on skewers; grill 4-6" from hot glowing coals, 3-5 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with lemon mixture; DO NOT OVERCOOK!
