⅓ cup | Fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | Grate lemon peel |

Directions: Heat oven to 375. Grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except glaze in order listed, mixing well after each addition.
Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; drizzle with glaze. Makes 48 bars.
Lemon Glaze: Combine 1 cup Confectioners' sugar and 2 T lemon juice; stir until smooth.
