Layered chicken and broccoli

1pack(10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1tablespoonFinely chopped onion
1Clove garlic, finely chopped
¼teaspoonSalt Dash of pepper
2cupsCoarsely cut-up cooked chicken
1can(8 ounces) sliced water chestnut.
½cupSour cream
2tablespoonsMilk
¼teaspoonSalt
1cupShredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
¼cupGrated Parmesan cheese Paprika

Directions

Mix broccoli, onion, garlic, ¼ teaspoon salt and the pepper in round microwavable dish, 8 x l l/2 inches. Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; stir.

Layer chicken and water chestnuts evenly on broccoli. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 3 minutes.

Mix sour cream, milk and ¼ teaspoon salt; pour evenly over water chestnuts. Sprinkle with cheeses and paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) 3 to 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
