Lamb patties with fresh mint sauce

Ingredients

| ⅔ | cup | Soft bread crumbs | 
| ⅓ | cup | Dry red wine | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dried rosemary leaves, crushed | 
| 2 | smalls | Cloves garlic, finely chopped Fresh Mint Sauce (below) | 
Directions
Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except Fresh Mint Sauce. Shape lamb mixture into 4 patties, each about I inch thick. Place  patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 3 inches  from heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side for medium or until desired  doneness. 
Serve with Fresh Mint Sauce. Microwave Directions: Mix all ingredients except Fresh Mint Sauce. Shape lamb mixture into 4 patties, each about l inch thick. Place patties on microwavable rack in microwavable dish. Cover with vented plastic  wrap and microwave on high 6 to 7 minutes, rotating dish ½ turn after 3 minutes, until patties are almost  done.
Let stand covered 3 minutes. Serve with Fresh Mint Sauce.
