Kukul mus roast (roast chicken)

Measure Ingredient
1⅜ kilograms Chicken
1 \N Clove garlic
2 slices Ginger
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Turmeric pinch ground cloves
25 millilitres Vinegar
50 grams Butter

Wash and dry the chicken. Crush garlic, ginger, pepper and salt and combine with cinnamon, turmeric. cloves, vinegar and butter. Rub this mixture all over the chicken and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Place the chicken in a roasting tray together with the marinade and cook in a moderately hot over for 1½ hours, basting occasionally.
