Measure | Ingredient |

1 large | Package hash-brown potatoes |
1 can | Cream of potato soup |
1 can | Cream of celery soup |
\N \N | Salt & pepper |
\N \N | Parsley flakes |
\N \N | Paprika |
\N \N | Chopped onions, optional |
\N \N | Chopped gr.peppers, optional |
Mix together everything except parsley and paprika.
Let sit until it mixes easily. Put into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1½ hours.
