Killer baked oysters

Yield: 4 - 6

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
½ cup Oleo or margarine
½ cup Cooked spinach
½ cup Cooked mustard greens
¼ cup Minced fresh parsley
¼ cup Minced celery
½ cup Chopped onion
6 \N Cloves garlic
½ teaspoon Hot sauce; (up TO 1)
½ teaspoon Salt
3 \N Dozen oysters in the shell
5 \N Strips of bacon; cooked and crumbled
½ cup Grated Gruyere cheese

Directions: In microwave melt butter and margarine. Put all ingredients except oysters, bacon and cheese into a blender and puree. Shuck oysters over a baking tray and pour in any juice from the oysters into the blender and mix again. Put oysters on the larger half of the shell, then place on baking tray. Pour sauce from blender over each oyster, then top each oyster with crumbled bacon and grated cheese. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble. Serve immediately.
