Yield: 10 servings
|4 tablespoons||Butter (1/2 Stick)|
|1||Box of Powdered Sugar|
|1 cup||Pecans, chopped|
Cream butter by hand. By hand, alternately blend in powdered sugar and bourbon. DO NOT USE MIXER. Fold in pecans. Drop by ⅔ teaspoonful onto wax-paper lined cookie sheets. Cover with wax paper.
Refrigerate until set. Cover and store in refrigerator.
