Kartoffelsuppe mit milch (potato soup with milk)

| 2 | teaspoons | Chopped onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Flout |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | White pepper |
| 1 | pinch | Celery salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Chopped parsley |
Directions
Boil potatoes until soft; beat potatoes with wire potato masher.
Scald milk and onion in double boiler. Add hot liquid to potatoes.
Strain and return to double boiler. Make white sauce of remaining 5 ingredients; add to potato mixture in double poiler and cook five minutes more. Add chopped parsley just before serving. (1 cup of tomato juice may be added.)
