Kangkong sambal belachan

600 grams Kangkong
300 grams Red chilli
100 grams Onions
20 grams Prawn paste
½ \N Litre tamarind juice
100 grams White prawn meat
10 grams Salt
20 grams Oil

Blanche kangkong and put aside. Heat pan with oil. Blend red chilli and onion. Add prawn paste and tamarind juice and let it boil. Add prawn meat. Season with salt and add kangkong. From : Sherree Johansson
