John's donairs

Ingredients

| 5 | pounds | Hamburger |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oregano |
| 2 | teaspoons | Paprika |
| 2 | teaspoons | Onion powder |
| 1 | pinch | Garlic powder |
| Salt; to taste | ||
| 2 | Eggs -Sauce--- | |
| 1 | cup | Evaporated milk; (not sweetened) |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| ⅓ | cup | Vinegar |
| 1 | dash | Garlic powder |
Directions
For meat mixture:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in 13x9 pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Cool slightly, and slice meat.
For sauce: mix milk and sugar, add vinegar slowly. Mixture should thicken when vinegar is added.
For Donairs: Place sliced meat on pita bread with cut up onions lettuce and tomatoes top with sauce.
