Jenell mckinney's squash relish

Ingredients

| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 8 | cups | Chopped squash mixture of yellow and zucchini for color |
| 1 | cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 | cup | Chopped green pepper |
| 1 | cup | Chopped green tomato |
| 2 | cups | Vinegar |
| 2½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Mustard seed |
| 1 | teaspoon | Celery seed |
Directions
Sprinkle salt over vegetables. Let set for one hour; drain.
Boil rest of ingredients and add drained vegetables Cook 8 to 10 minutes. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
