Jenell mckinney's squash relish

Ingredients

2teaspoonsSalt
8cupsChopped squash mixture of yellow and zucchini for color
1cupChopped onion
1cupChopped green pepper
1cupChopped green tomato
2cupsVinegar
cupSugar
1teaspoonMustard seed
1teaspoonCelery seed

Directions

Sprinkle salt over vegetables. Let set for one hour; drain.

Boil rest of ingredients and add drained vegetables Cook 8 to 10 minutes. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
