Measure Ingredient
4 \N Skinnless chicken; (thighs will work fine)
½ cup Or more of corn starch;
6 tablespoons Real Lemon concentrate;
¼ cup Soy Sauce; (lite for those who must) =OR=-
¼ cup Teriyoki sauce;
\N \N (remove the skin and fat)
\N dash Pepper
2 \N Eggs, =OR=-
3 \N Egg whites;
\N \N ( or egg substiture 4 those who must use it)



Whish together the dipping sauce. Dip chicken into the liquid mixture, then into the starch. Place the chicken into glass dish whick has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Repeat until dish is filled in a rectangle dish. Microwave on high 12 minutes. Take out remain liquid mix onto chicken, return to microwave make sure that dish has been turned halfway from the origional direction. Microwave another 12 minutes. Serve with rice.
