Jane's white chili

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Chicken, boneless, chopped |
| 2 | mediums | Onions, chopped |
| 1 | cup | Chicken broth |
| 8 | ounces | Green chilies |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cumin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Oregano, dried |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cloves, ground |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne (or more) |
| 48 | ounces | Jar of Great Northern Beans |
| 3 | cups | Monterey Jack, shredded |
Directions
Saute chicken, onions and garlic in butter until chicken is done. Mix in seasonings and chilies and saute for a few more minutes. Add this mixture with chicken broth and beans to crock pot. Cook on low for 4-8 hours. Add cheese just before serving. personal recipe of jane s herr, MJPU13B@...
