Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Milk |
| ½ | cup | Sour cream |
| 3¼ | cup | Bread flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Beau Monde (or salt) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
| 2 | teaspoons | Active dry yeast |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dried chives |
| 1 | tablespoon | Ground cumin |
| When beeper sounds, add: | ||
| ½ | cup | Shredded Monterey jack |
| ½ | cup | Shredded Mozzarella cheese |
| ½ | cup | Chopped red bell pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped jalapeno pepper |
Directions
Place all of first-part ingredients in breadmaker, set for regular (or white) bread, and start machine. When beeper sounds, add second set of ingredients.
