Jalapeno cheese and sour cream bread

Ingredients

| 2 | teaspoons | Active dry yeast |
| 1½ | cup | King Arthur white wheat flour |
| 1½ | cup | King Arthur special (bread) flour |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Monterey jack; shredded |
| ½ | cup | Red bell pepper; cored, seeded & chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Jalapeno pepper; cored, seeded & chopped |
Directions
All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add the first 8 ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread".
Press "Start". Add the remaining ingredients towards the end of final kneading, when the "beeps" sound.
